SNL #3 - Live Virtual Open Mic on Saturday, 3/20/21 - Introductions

There is not an official theme for the evening, but we would like to ask that each performer prepare a simple introduction that tells us something about the song they are going to play. Ideally that would include a title and identity of the songwriter (if known), and a tidbit about how or why you have chosen it. We are not looking for a Wikipedia page here. In fact, I would like you to think of this as an elevator pitch, the kind of communication that would happen between an entrepreneur short on cash and a potential investor limited by the time it takes to ride a few floors in an elevator. Short, sweet and packed with just the most important stuff is the goal. Here's hoping a little preparation will make this fun and enhance the evening. Those of you who pick a song as your turn comes up are on your own.
